Since you are obviously on our site, one or more of the following categories and its associated policies will apply to you. Please note that the Casual Visitor policy is provided for your convenience and only applies to those who are doing nothing more than browsing our site.
If your needs extend beyond then the alternate Professional Consumer policy completely replaces the Casual Visitor Policy. In all other cases if there is a conflict between policies the stricter terms apply.
1) Casual Visitor
You are a casual visitor if you do not have a formal relationship of any kind with us. Information you acquire is strictly for your own consumption. You do not submit any information to us (through email or online forms). For your convenience we have attempted to summarize the terms in a quick and easy to read form below. The applicable legal policies are all provided under the heading Professional Consumer.

Information is collected in two ways on our site
- information we collect - this information is for internal use only and is not provided to third parties unless they are a subcontractor or supplier of part of our services. This information is used to improve our business and the services and products we provide.
- information third parties collect. Currently this consists of Google Analytics. Their respective policies are applicable.
Terms Of Service
All information is provided with no warranties expressed or implied. Consider it to be As-Is. If you find errors in the information we provide please notify us so we can correct them.
Acceptable Use Policy
You must comply with all applicable laws and may not use the services for any but the intended purpose (i.e. no abuse of the services). Where permissible by law all material is copyright and all rights are reserved. You are granted a non exclusive and non transferable right to access the information
2) Professional Consumer
We consider you to be a professional Consumer if you have contacted us in any way through email, or online forms, and thus provided us with information. These policies are also applicable if you want to do something with the information we have provided other than read it. In these cases you are a Professional Consumer and the simple policies listed below are applicable to you. These policies completely replaces the Casual Visitor policies listed above. It is a much longer read but it does clarify many issues and grants further rights.
